I was there on Saturday the 30th of December, I drove 1 hrs from.my home just to perform my abdomen ultrasound. My prescription was not dated and the old lady with short hair told me that she has to cancel bc the prescription had no date. She did not care to ask to call my office or any kind of help. She was rude and disrespectful. Never again. I won't refer any patients to this place again. I. A manager myself at a doctors office. I would help my patients with what I can. She did not belive me or try to help. I drove 2 hrs of my gas and time.

Jamie explained everything very clearly and got my test done in a timely manner. I am used to feeling rushed and she took the time to make sure I knew what was going on. Highly recommend this facility and staff! Shocked at how great the service was compared to other facilities I have been at.

The location is awesome. It is very convenient for people that live in the area. It is new clean and all the people in the office are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility for any of your radiology needs.

1 star for having to go to the iPad to check in then out loud here all my information reiterated to me from the front desk lady when told you have to tell the front you are all set. There are other patients at the front desk. I think some of the staff needs to re read HIPPA violations/laws. Lastly, I appreciate my ultrasound tech who took me 5 minutes after my appointment time however, they should have more autonomy with their patients. I know they can’t diagnose but they should be able to suggest/ ask certain questions. Not take an image and you’ll get a call in 4 days, see ya! Bedside manner needs to be increased as well as the front desks patient dialogue.

Can’t say enough about this facility. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. They are very good at making you feel at ease. Check in is easy and efficient. No long wait times.

MRI with and without contrast done like a well oiled machine. Waited 45 minutes for test, however Andrew snd Hannah were solicitous and competent. Love online registration and excellent patient portal. 10/23/23 Another great experience at Freehold with Bridget. TY!!
